Ever-increasing demand for organic foods has prompted the third major expansion of Planet Organic's flagship store in Edmonton, Alberta.

The store started out at 4,000 sq. ft., doubled to 8,000 sq. ft., morphed into its current footprint of 10,400 sq. ft. in 2005, and will now undergo a massive renovation to bring it up to 21,290 sq. ft., plus 3,300 sq. ft. of offices on a second floor above the store.
