Emission from green house gases from industrial countries continues to increase. De latest numbers, from 2005, shows that emission never been this high.
Only four Eurpean Union countries - Sweden, United Kingdom, Germany and France - is on target to meet the goals to reduce emission acoordingly to the Kyot-protocol.
Other European Union countries, like Portugal, Irealand, Austira, Italy and Spain, current emission is over the target set in the Kyoto protocol, which goal is to reduce emission by 5 percent upto 2012, compared to 1990 emission numbers.
United States have increased their emissionw ith 16.3 percent and Australia with a wopping 25.5%, accoringly to new numbers presented by theUnited Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC), on tuesday..
