Monster Canada has launched Monster Video Profile, an exciting new multimedia tool designed to let employers easily introduce streaming video into their Monster.ca job postings.
With Monster Video Profile, already a huge success among employers in the U.S. since its launch there less than a year ago, Monster.ca will be offering video production, hosting and job posting integration to employers who want to put their best foot forward as the war for talent grows in Canada's tight labor market. Monster has chosen to partner with Streamlogics, Inc., a leading global provider of webcasting services to deliver the Video Profile service in Canada.
Canadian job seekers are about to gain new insights into the working environment of the companies they are interested in joining, thanks to Monster Video Profile, said Peter Gilfillan, Monster Canada's vice president of sales and general manager
To access the video content on the Monster.ca Web site, job seekers can simply click the video icon on an employer's job posting. Each Monster Video Profile offers three different video presentation options to best accommodate the unique hiring goals of different companies:
- Company Close-up: An in-depth company profile that can highlight corporate culture, work environment, employee benefits and industrypositioning;
- Company Snapshot: A spotlight, highlighting the employer's culture and workplace benefits;
- Career Insider: A vignette that gives job seekers a peek into a "day in the life" of an employee.
Monster Video Profile offers a host of services, including concept creation and consultation, along with complete video production and editing. By selecting Streamlogics, Inc. as the Canadian partner for this new service, Monster Canada has ensured that its customers will receive world class service with local support.
Monster.ca is also offering the option to have existing corporate video added directly to an employer's Monster job posting.
