Being bullied or being a bully is not only a part of the growing up, in my view, a bully tends to continue being one throughout life; only his tactics change. What is bullying? There is currently no legal definition of bullying."

The federal budget's $4.5 billion in environmental spending on green cars, clean water and renewable fuels didn't impress opposition parties and did little to ease the concerns of environmental groups.

Wal-Mart Canada today announced plans to retrofit 1.75 million lights in its entire chain of 293 outlets with higher efficiency bulbs, ensuring year-round energy reductions with no effect on lighting quality in stores. The move follows Wal-Mart's summertime two-thirds lighting program, in which store lights nationwide were dimmed by one third to reduce energy use, summer smog, and store impacts on local power grids.

Provincial election in 2007 was my first run for a seat in the Ontario parliament, my candidacy only about turning up at a nomination meeting, there was four of us and the elected cnadidate informed us that she was not going to run and that we have find someone else. The meeting was held in a pub and over the next few hours the thre of them turn towards me and said, do you want to run, we have elected you the new candidate. It is actually to names put together Tor Bjorn. Tor stands for the god of thunder in the viking mythology and bjorn in English means bear, so torbjorn in english would be thunderbear, a name that rings a acknowledgment amongst the natives in north America,
